The Web 2.0 Learning Opportunity has been an eye-opener.The programme began on the 4th of October,2010, at the MIS Centre ,University of Ibadan
It centres around the Web 2.0 tool's revolutionary capabilities to promote content generation,sharing and collaboration for the sole purpose of development.
If properly utilised -in third world countries especially-the tool promises to be very efficient in bringing the dividends of civilisation to remote communities.
